Is this going to be a really dumb version of the eighties?
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

But seriously, is it just BJ’s turn to try to get a Brexit deal done? And when that fails, it’s on to some other asshole?

There's a bye-election next week, I think, that the Tories are expected to lose, leaving their governing coalition a majority of one. Given that, as one Conservative said, Johnson goes into the job with a half dozen knives in his back already, the likelihood of defections makes a general election this summer a decent bet.

"The worryingly damp fart of pop." Made me laugh.

As a song I neither like nor dislike it. It's certainly 10 times better than the number 3 most played, Happy by Pharrell Williams. AKA the worst song in existence, what a festering turd of a record.

Heston is under the thrall of numerologists who have warned him against listening to anything with release dates on either side of 1964 and 1985. Tom is, to date, a wild card, whose preferences haven't demonstrated enough of a pattern. But I've got my Vic-20 crunching data as we speak.
