How about Dr. Katz (not on Adult Swim, was it? Either way...)? Squiggle Vision. Good times.

I think Stephen Wright on Dr. Katz was probably the best ep....

And, for my money, the Wedding episode (Wolter-and-Perry pretend to get married; Brandon gets a nasty rash; his mom's annoying boss) and Duane's marble-song ("Don't put marbles in your nose - put them in there - do not put them in there!"... I own the series, so a lot of it is committed to memory ) are some of the best bits from Home Movies.

And, of course, Mooninites and the Stoner Alien Guys are the best thing about ATHF.
Own that, too. And Dr. Katz on VHS.

I always loved Carpeted Man..... who'd shuffle along and build up static electricity to shock things, "Gotcha! .....Gotcha!!!", but then would pass out cuz his carpet suit is too hot.
