What the fuck is going on with you people?

Lol @ the Jaba dildo. What's the Han freeze chamber thing?
Wouldn't that be a Yoda dildo? Ugh, I hate myself for knowing this.

I guess that's the Yoda color. The shape looks kinda like Jaba himself, so I assumed that, but yeah you're right. I guess they could make some kinda Jaba tongue toy.

Shame on y'alls for not acknowledging the punny finery of this. :naughty:

Brilliant stuff - I certainly thought there'd be more of a buzz over it around here.

It was very good, Doc.

I saw The Last Jedi tonight. I liked it, I think. I don't think I like it as much as I like anything from the original trilogy, but I think I like it more than everything else, and even if Rogue One was probably a tighter movie, it didn't have the highs that TLJ did. There's lots of things I would have liked to see differently, because I just would have liked to see multiple visions/versions of this story, but what Rian Johnson did is better than what Abrams did.

I really, really liked this. I cannot objectively speak about the original trilogy, because of childhood emotional attachment, but this was hands down my favorite Star Wars movie outside of those. And I haven’t disliked any of the new ones.

I couldn’t believe Luke would use the force to such dastardly ends but when this many accusers line up you sort of have to believe it’s true.

Not going until Christmas Day, but I have every expectation that I'll like it—c'mon, it's Star Wars; even crappy instalments like AotC were entertaining—if only because the type of criticism of it I've seen suggests those who automatically hate that which is widely popular.

I found it enjoyable. The original 3 are untouchable for me. This was head and shoulders above the 3 crappy ones.

I still haven't seen it—another week—but this is an interesting take from Gerry Conway, a generational analysis rooted in the directors and the stage-of-life of the characters. Wolter's more familiar with Strauss & Howe than anyone else here, I think, so it might only be of interest to him.

Fuck that was long, did Ratty write it?

Again I liked the new movie and bonus still no overtly stereotypical racist characters like the ones Lucas was always inserting.
