Solo is a lot of fun. For people who thought TLJ was too dark and plodding, Solo is a tonic.

Also, I watched The Last Jedi for the first time since last Christmas in the theatre. Liked it a lot more this time around. I still think its pacing is problematic and it relies on some dubious plot devices, but thematically it was a lot more affecting and bold than I initially believed.

Fuck yeah. And with Palpatine seemingly involved, all the major figures have come back and get a send off. Star Wars will always be something where I kid because I love. Even when it's bad, it's still Star Wars, so it's good.
