I could never be mad at you. Still, one day you will drink glasses of red wine in my home and embrace the epiphany.

Fill in the blank. There are only a small number of acceptable answers.

IPAs are to beer as ________ is to music.
Let's go with Katy Perry or Taylor Swift.

Rationale: Something that's really popular and over-exposed despite being not all that good.
That’s what I said, DD.

Well, about 35 years ago you'd be right.

There’s nothing wrong with a good IPA every now and then. The market is flooded with very bad ones, but let’s not throw the baby out with the hoppy bath water.

To be fair if its about duran duran I'm probably not reading it at all. To me they will always be the band that my 12yo cousin and her friends obsessed over.

I've tried to turn over a new leaf in general. I have a tendancy to sometimes make comments about others likes/dislikes that are sometimes perceived in a negative way. In truth such comments by me should never be taken seriously but I've realized that both on here and in real life they can be off putting to some. Phish still suck though and that should be taken very seriously. Oh and Dave Mathews too...shit its happening again.

An observation/request: I don't want revbob to ever change. Even when be hates what I like or am okay with, his sneer is vital energy.

Thanks Doc, much appreciated. I think I might come across worse on here than I am in real life.

We're all worse here than we are in real life. Except Beaneater. Who should be in the docket of The Hague.

They won’t get me. No tattoos, I can speak three languages, and I never wear an onion on my belt. The only concern is too much sunshine.
