It's been the site of the upstairs cat litter box, which was fine when we hardly ever went in there, but now that it's a comfortable space to relax in, the sight of a litter box is a bit off-putting. So we have this thing on order:
The two doors open to reveal the litter box and a space for storage. (Also, not our kitty, just the stock photo.)

We don't have it yet, but that is a legit possibility. However, the basic location of the litter box will be unchanged—it's still on the porch (or, as the Boss has christened it, the Catio) in the same spot—and, I hope, it'll be interpreted as greater privacy (yeah, that might be wishcasting).

Re: Pets.
Not that I'm aware of, but I can see that being an issue depending on the cat. I used to have plastic hoods on all of our litter boxes. It was fine for years until one of the cats started to have accidents out of the blue and the vet said some cats don't like to feel confined when they're using their box because it makes them feel vulnerable. I pulled off the hoods and have not had many issues since then. The one that my parents have and that the Doc will soon have is pretty big - so I don't think they feel cramped/confined and my parents have a couple of bigger cats.Inder wrote: ↑18 Sep 2018, 7:41pmI meant WWK's parents...Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑18 Sep 2018, 7:39pmWe don't have it yet, but that is a legit possibility. Re: Pets.
The audience at Yuk Yuks looked down at their drinks, then nervously at each other. Was the stand-up bombing and then yelling at them some kind of Andy Kaufman meta performance or was this guy going nuts? Do we laugh? Should we leave? Should we even make eye contact? The thermostat was not touched, but everyone felt the room get much warmer …
