Flex and Wolter's Den of Nerdly Awesomeness
Re: Flex and Wolter's Den of Nerdly Awesomeness
Re: Flex and Wolter's Den of Nerdly Awesomeness
Different Earth, different multiverse — Joker has gassed Gotham, everyone's going insane, he's about to murder a child when Bats kills him. Killing the J releases an extra-strong irreversible version of neurotoxin that infects Bats. He then goes insane and the above happens. He proceeds to rally other broken Batpeople from this different/"Dark" multiverse to take over the main multiverse. Oh, and all this has something to do with Hawkman and the Nth Metal.

An observation: Inder's a nerd. We need to beat him up after school.

I liked the Punisher tv show so I went back and watched season two of Daredevil where he first appears and man, I hate Daredevil so much. Just the worst goddamn superhero.
I feel that there is a fascistic element, for example, in the Rolling Stones . . .

Mark Trail turns its attention to the under-examined problem of cocaine-addicted dogs.

This was also addressed on Family Guy, but two sources is not nearly enough for this social scourge.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑26 Dec 2017, 9:42amMark Trail turns its attention to the under-examined problem of cocaine-addicted dogs.

Just wanted to let you all know I'm finally starting my run on DS9. Finishing the Orville inspired it, strangely enough.

I did, but now I'm done. It's only 12 eps so far.

What's your take? I'm far from a McFarlane hater (even tho I see merit in the critiques against him) but the ads did not entice me at all.

Re: Flex and Wolter's Den of Nerdly Awesomeness
I liked it quite a bit. Contrary to early fears, it doesn't try too hard to be funny, and actually has a lot of heart. The stories definitely come before jokes. It can be a little obvious in the social concerns it's addressing, but then most sci-fi is. It's a very obvious homage to Star Trek, but if you don't mind that it's not the most original idea in the world, it's very entertaining. I'm looking forward to S2.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑02 Jan 2018, 2:53pmWhat's your take? edit: I don't trust a single ad or preview about anything anymore. TV and film marketers have no idea what they have in their hands.
