C'mon it's been nearly an hour, you not back yet? Or did ewe bump into an attractive sheep on the way.
There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

Thanks! I have only run about three times since the marathon. This was the furthest I've run in that span as well. I think a two month lay-off did me good. Preparing for the marathon, all I did was run a lot. Now I'm firming up at the gym which greatly helped me today.

Now I'm drinking bourbon and cleaning my gun. USA USA USA.

They say you should resst 1 day per k you race so your layoff wasnt too long.
Why not head down to the mall and randomly shoot a few folk ??

1 week down 17 to go. I ran 46K for the week but the hard part was the weekend, under this programme you dont have a rest day before your long run so I had to run 8k at pace on Saturday and 16k on Sunday. I'll be glad of a rest today.

Excellent. So is she going to represent England or the Kiwis in 2012?

I need to get back into training. The Great North Run is only about one month away.

Ive got 8 1/2 weeks of my marathon training to go. Its a hard slog but I am starting to feel the benefits of running a proper programme. I am going to give this marathon everything I have got so that when I cross the finish line I will know I couldnt have done any better so that way I will never have to do it again !!!!!!!
