I'm glad that West Ham decided to expand their bag of tricks from last year's "giving up late goals" to "giving up goals throughout the game". Spread the love around.
;)

Once your boys start to gel and get used to playing alongside each other you'll do fine. I think West Ham have made some decent signings. Man Utd were just too strong yeasterday but you will play easier oposition. You are very close to signing William Carvalho from Sporting Lisbon for £30m who will give you what you need in midfield allowing Hernandez and Arnautovic more freedom of movement up front.

Yeah, I don't actually think yesterday was necessarily predictive of how the whole season will go, for all the reasons you say above for West Ham, and all signs point to Man U being a total beast this year. So, it is what it is.

Check back in around Christmas and see how I feel tho. :shifty:

Chicharito needs Andy Carroll to play so he can feed off him, trouble is can Carrol stay fit (or even get fit) if not they need a new striker.
I do think playing home games at the Olympic stadium will hamper West Ham as Upton Park was a very difficult place for opposition teams (and fans) to play.

He'd never have dared try that with Billy Bremner.

A message to Jose Mourinho.
Fuck off if you want or shut up and get on with job. The club is bigger than you and always will be. We have been better than we are now and we will be better again in the future.
You ain’t that special!!!

If that was a United player spitting at a Liverpool fan Carragher would be calling for a life ban and public flogging.
WTF was he thinking, hardly provocation when you are alone driving in your nice Range Rover with the stereo turned up.

Doesn't surprise me.
Easily replaced.
Having said that Gray and Keys survived so these old boys must have some serious dirt on someone????
