I think there's an Oi Polloi song about the Scotch Jesu...

Lots of talk not much happening on the transfer front ???? Lots of is he isnt he Lampard / Ronaldo etc.. any predictions ?
Personals I'd offload Ronaldo and break the bank to get Messi. Only other transfer I'd like would be Huntleear to add to the front line.

There was a Spurs fan loitering in my local grocery store. I think he thought I was from England and got excited. I would've stayed and chatted but I have better things to do than loiter in a grocery store.

What would a Spurs fan know about anything worth talking about

Exactly why I didn't stay.

101, it looks like we may be taking Saha off your hands, is he any good? I know he's injured a lot.
We also signed Malbranque and Chimbonda this week, I'm starting to get excited!
So what does Marconi playing the mamba mean? "Marconi" is referring to the radio itself. It plays a deadly snake. The snake - the mamba - is slithering from the speakers. Ready to kill greedy corporations. Ready to free the world of all that is evil, and to leave behind only the youthful idealism encompassed by the tenets of rock and roll.

Not long to go now. How does everyone see their season going. Great feeling of foreboding for me thus far. We had three major problems last season, squad was way too small, defence leaked far too many goals and no creativity in midfield. We have offloaded more than we have recruited so squad now smaller, the defence is more or less the same as last term (although we are reportedly on the brink of signing this Argentinian who could make a difference) and we've sold the most creative player we had (Emre). In real terms we've spent nothing as the money coming in has covered transfer fees so far despite season tickets rising by about £80. Seems we've found the only billionaire who is worried about balancing the books. I know that there hasn't been vast amounts of movement apart from Spurs and the mackems trying to become Spurs but even so I really am starting to panic. Just watched us get played off the park by Real Mallorca, a team we beat 7-1 on aggregate just four years ago which shows how far we've fallen. :disshame:

I think Keegan was a backward step for you, mid-table for both of us this season.
Both teams deserve better, when you see the likes of Portsmouth winning trophies it's pretty galling.

I think I said that at the time.
