Association Football Thread
Re: Association Football Thread
Hello,
The best team won. I was surprised it was that even of a competition.
I agree about the job Flick has done. Here's something about him:

Yeah, funny how the local rivalries are always the most intense.Low Down Low wrote: ↑25 Aug 2020, 4:14amBayern suck. Real muncheners are all about the 1860
I support both teams from my town, and they're both equally shite.

Ha! I was only remembering a friend of mine from Munich who utterly hated Bayern and its supporters. One time while staying with him, i said I'd like to visit the Olympic stadium for a game. No problem, he replied. I was free to go on my own anytime i liked.Olaf wrote: ↑26 Aug 2020, 11:39amYeah, funny how the local rivalries are always the most intense.Low Down Low wrote: ↑25 Aug 2020, 4:14amBayern suck. I think local rivalries are the lifeblood of sport, though. The idea of a European super league has always left me cold.

Typical big headed performance from Spurs. They thought it was going to be so easy. They were too quick to let their alleged greatness go to their heads. Big mistake and well done West Ham.

Hello,
I like watching Spurs as Son is great - but I still have a problem with Jose - he's getting results but somehow it will be all about him.
