He is such a massive blind spot for me. An unambiguously awful person in so many ways, yet I sincerely admire him and miss his existence. As baffling as it was reading Dave Simpson's book about ex-Fall members and how, despite being traumatized to some degree, they would have (and did) gone back, I also kinda get it.
