This photo reminds me of that episode of The Office when they go to the nightclub and Gareth is last seen being driven away in the sidecar of a motorcycle.

Christ, that was six years ago?
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

If it wasn't Briggy, it was a fix to rival the 1919 World Series.

He and I pretty much cleaned up. I felt pretty bad. I did get a Victor Jara cd out of it which was interesting.

Thanks for posting that photo, Andrew.

I sure was looking my best that night, which the camera absolutely failed to capture. :shifty:

We did indeed have a fine time of it, with good food, drinks, and conversation.

It was lovely meeting your friend Jeanine, Andrew. She is a great person.

P.S. I won a book at the trivia contest six years ago, which I promptly gave away to someone. The questions were painfully easy if I remember correctly.
