Sacha Baron Cohen: Who is America?
Looking forward to this.
Re: Sacha Baron Cohen: Who is America?
Americans just don't understand that British humor. Sigh.
Re: Sacha Baron Cohen: Who is America?
It seems to me that he does a good job exposing true feelings of his targets. Kind of like alcohol does, but in human form. Also, it's Baron Cohen, not Cohen you half wit.

Give me Childish Gambino's This Is America over Baron Cohen.

Some of his Ali G and Bruno bits on the HBO show were amazing. All his fictional stuff has been dramatically worse.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

I don't care what anyone thinks. I still love Borat.

Exactly, people drop their guard and show their true self. Some people don’t like that I wonder why?
Re: Sacha Baron Cohen: Who is America?
Borat was my least favorite, but he had his moments. Ali G was my favorite because he was ultimately good natured. Plus he reminds me of portions of people I knew growing up.
