Trotsky, Mao, and Castro did that, too.

It seems to spoil quicker despite the refrigeration. I suspect it’s the humidity.101Walterton wrote: ↑17 Aug 2018, 6:01pmDont they have fridges, we keep all our fruit and veg (except bananas and potatoes) in the fridge.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑17 Aug 2018, 1:06pmSuper true. Certain fruits actually do better out of a fridge.eumaas wrote: ↑18 Aug 2018, 9:57amIt seems to spoil quicker despite the refrigeration. Our homegrown strawberries barely made it home from the allotment. Some of that is cos I kept eating them on the walk, but there you go.

I cannot keep strawberries fresh anywhere in my house. I might as well fucking freeze them because if they’re in my fridge for more than 13 minutes, half of them are rotten.Silent Majority wrote: ↑18 Aug 2018, 10:37amOur homegrown strawberries barely made it home from the allotment. Oh, I’m down 16 pounds as of today. I’m finally at the weight I was in 2006 when I said “holy shit this is as fat as I’ve ever been.”

Re: Middle age health thread for fatties
Thanks! I’ll be pleased to be another 15 down, as that was roughly the weight I sat at for about 3-4 years and most of my clothes I own fit best at that weight.Mimi wrote: ↑18 Aug 2018, 12:27pmGood for you!Wolter wrote: ↑18 Aug 2018, 10:52amI cannot keep strawberries fresh anywhere in my house. I’ll be ecstatic to drop another 15, as that would be the ideal weight for my height.
