My recent snack idea, plain greek yogurt with a little maple syrup and some granola and or blueberries.
That’s called a Groovie UV, correct?
Maybe I should there's perhaps some money to be made selling that at the various hippie events.

My standard lunch is a black cherry Greek yogurt. It keeps my coat quite sleek.

There's a world sexiest nana photo in another thread that proves that.

When I walk Scout regularly (instead of, say, taking her to the dog park or having her play with the neighbor dog), my weight tends to go down regardless of what I eat. We are on the bottom of a hill, and that hill is killer to walk up. Doing that twice a day has helped me lose weight, even without making changes to my diet. Unfortunately, it's been hovering at around 100 over the past few days, so that's out of the question.

Ok, ok, they've got the Indian Burial Mounds but I though those were being fracked.

Side note, walking has been great exercise. I loved dog walking for the short time we has IggyPup. I think we are of mind to adopt another dog sometime in the not too distant future. We are in this little apartment for the year as we settle into Boston. With kitty already in residence it wouldn't be fair to anyone to bring another pup in yet.

I have been averaging 10,000 steps a day which is about 4.5 miles. Yesterday I began a policy of not beer Sunday through Thursday. I have made it to day two.
