Sweet action for kids 'n' cretins. Marjoram and capers.

Dinner: We split a 1/2 lbs of skirt steak along with mixed lettuce and a scoop of mixed greens. The dressing is cider vinegar, olive oil and a teaspoon of mayonnaise.

It was good but I still want pizza. If anyone knows how to deal with wanting pizza all the time, please do share.
That looks delicious. I wish I had the patience to cook like that. My problem is that I get stuck in a rut of only eating things like almonds, string cheese, frozen yogurt and fruit and then binge when I get tired of that.
No bullshit, that took 15 minutes to cook. We buy salad from the salad bar and make out own dressing which is easy as hell. Just have some balsamic vinegar and good olive oil on hand and a decent healthy dressing is yours.

I'm trying to prepare some easy dinners ahead of time. Chicken thighs or skirt/flank steak are kind of easy with regard to portion control.

Snacking is killing me.

A tip you might try BB. Drink a glass of lemon juice about half an hour before breakfast each day. It tastes like crap but it works.

I've heard the same thing about cider vinegar as a magic slimming agent. I will give it a try. I do have to bring up another old guy thing, acid re-flux.

You must blow the police officer before eating the pie. Safer communities together.

Yep. I actually went to the ER the first time that happened. But it was just acid reflux.

Drove myself to the ER last year because of this. Although I'm still convinced I had a rib out.
