A win against the highest ranked African country in the tournament is something I'm quite happy with. Low expectations this time around for England, let's see if they can quietly progress and hopefully gel a bit more. Some very promising signs in the first half tonight, and we look pretty handy at set pieces.

Loftus Cheek made a massive difference when he came on I thought. Would have him in from the start for next game.

Should have been 3 up at HT and thought they had blown it in second half. In years gone by that would have been a draw!!

What VAR decisions? It's just another name given to cover up human error. Some you win fairly and some you don't it's all as simple as that.
