I gotta disagree there, Altuve's gotta be the most likable dude in the game, and he kicks my teams ass 19 times a year.
Yeah, he's mega talented and he plays with genuine enthusiasm. Guys that play like they're living the dream that pretty much everyone in the crowd would love to be able to do, I love watching those guys. The ones who have a chip on their shoulder or seem bored, meh, retire if this is such a drag on your happiness.

Oh, I'm sure. I just don't like him because he's good and the Astros beat the Yankees. :shifty:

Id probably like him more if Joe Buck could stop hanging on his dick for 5 min.

Every year, Buck has his undisguised man crush. This year it's definitely Altuve. Wait til tomorrow, when Verlander, another old flame, is on the mound.

No one will ever love anyone as much as Chip Caray loved Craig Biggio.

Went to be when it was still 1-0, but I knew the Dodgers would pull it out because this had to go seven. Darvish will redeem himself because the baseball gods will reward him for his statement of forgiveness.

I read this morning that this will be the first game seven in Dodger Stadium history. That really doesn't seem possible given that it's the third oldest ballpark.

Oh, Papi, you'll never be the next Smooth Jimmy Apollo at this rate. Altho, in its own way, being wrong six times in a row in a series so evenly matched is weirdly impressive.

The baseball gods are pissed that I undercovered their plan for Darvish and are now punishing him. O baseball gods, why are you so petty?

Edit: If the Dodgers have a historic comeback in them, I'll be sleeping thru it. Hot Stove time, next!

I'd bet anything Darvish was tipping his pitches. It's happened to him before, as well.
