Go Isles! That Bossy, Trottier and Gillies line is a force to be reconed with, not to mention Chico Resch/Billy Smith in goal and Denis Potvin on defense. They can't miss.

One of my brother-in-law's closest friends is Lorne Henning, who was on those classic Islanders teams. As well, my friend Joe, whom I mentioned in the MLB thread, is a distant cousin of Al Arbour. What I'm saying is, I'm practically part of that team.

Maybe if they upgrade their D, goaltending, power play units, and everything else a lil' bit this kid will get to appear in a few shootouts. Gotta admit that'd be pretty fun to watch, if you think about it conceptual-like.

The Leafs are going to be really good in a year or two. Success before then is gravy, baby.
