I was just in a grocery store and came across three separate guys—that is, they weren't in a group—all wearing tank tops, backward baseball caps, shorts, and mirrored sunglasses. Variation in the colours of the tank tops and caps, but all three were dressed the same. They all came across to me as frat boy douchebags. Yeah, agreed. Id say people in tanks - especially if it's just out and about doing everyday errands vs some kind of activity where a tank might make sense - is a big yellow alert for douchebaggery but not ALWAYS a guarantee
