PC survivor poll anyone?
I'm your best shot and it's a no from me.
There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

Whoa for a second there I thought you were referring to PC.
PC hurt a lot of people.
I carry the scars from the first time I was forced to hear "in the air tonight" to this day.
Me too. I hear you and I support you.
It really is seared in my memory. I dont recall the year but I can tell you where: Seaside Heights, NJ, In the dirt parking lot between the batting cages and the beach. It was late August, 1981 perhaps? I was stuck in the back seat of the car. I remember who was driving, he actually turned it up for this song. I have no idea how long that song had been out for but that was the first I'd heard it. Probably the only time I have heard it all the way thru. I'm grateful for that last part.
My first time was when my friend played it for us and then told us the urban legend. I was like " this song isn't good and that didn't happen." I was maybe 11 or 12? Always a cynic.
Got a Rake? Sure!

One of the cassettes my dad always used to play in the car was his debut Face Value, it must have been played so much it embedded itself.

It's a great song when anyone besides PC sings it.
