Yeah! Thank you Inder for putting us back online!

Greetings to all from Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso. I am on my West African tour. Through Ghana to here. Later to Togo, Benin and back to Ghana. Things are going well.

Seems I have to re-register here?

Later, people...

And thanks again, Inder!

Hey V! Glad to know your trip is going well. Stay cool.

thank you Inder, one more time!

it seems we have lost once more part of our history with this crash... this technologic loss is something new, but I've already experienced too many in my life...

anyway, it's good to be back!
The greatest legacy he leaves is that he made a generation of people think for themselves. He didnt quite manage to change the world but he changed the way people looked at it. It's a sad day - but what a life

Great to have you back. Just returned from holiday and was really depressed but having the forum back has lifted my spirits. Cheers. ;)

This is why everyone loves The Inder. If all this shit has added an unnecessary and unpleasant expense, I'd be more than happy to chip in some cash to offset it some.

Ouroboros this fucker for 100K. You're all complicit for encouraging, let alone tolerating me. Peace and love.

First thought: wow, Doc has chosen a Red Dwarf reference for his historic 100,00th post. How cool is that.

Second thought: well, maybe not, but at least now i know what ouroboros refers to, so that's pretty neat too.

Here's to the next 100 bags of sand

Why did I like Albert Belle in 2008?
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

Especially given that he'd been retired for like a decade.
