Hi all, thank you very much. I do greatly appreciate all the comments and this fantastic community.

I just had a really good catch up with Deny who seems to be on the mend now after his hip operation.

I am a midfielder at lacrosse, I like to delude myself that I can still run quick enough to keep playing there. I do get to score some goals. If you can forgive the indulgence here is one for the England old gits in the 2010 World Cup versus the FROGS (Florida Real Old Guys).
