Played this album again earlier today. Damn if this had been released in '78/'79 The Panic Report would've been on the front cover of the NME and on TOTPs etc. This is quality stuff.
Melody Maker or Smash Hits would have sufficed.

Glad you're enjoying it mate, makes it all worthwhile when you get good feedback.

I picture you on the front cover of Smash Hits hugging Limahl .

Finally listening to this (I get distracted too easily by things that pop into my peabrain). Even tho I don't have quite the Two-Tone love of most here, it's definitely fun stuff (with more politics to it than you normally share here). And, dare I say it, "494" sounds not unlike early KISS. :twitch:

Hes, looks like you have a song on Spotify:

Any chance for your new album to make it on? I'd like to support you financially as well.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

Haha, I can see the KISS thing now you mention it, I'm well happy with that. :shifty:

Not sure how that's on there, didn't have a clue.

I will ask whoever's responsible (I'm assuming it must someone I know) if they can put the album on there. Appreciated mate.

My kids have been into this off and on for about a year. Keeps coming back. I’ve never been a big fan of KISS - but I kind of dig this!

We will never see their like again. The American Beatles for the 70s on steroids.

Am I correct that this version omits or truncates Ace’s solo on the original?
