Not a single vote for "Fame" or "Let's Dance" which were his only U.S. Number Ones. I'm not terribly fond of either.

"Young Americans" is another great one that gets a lot of rock station airplay

I don't mind either of those but I wouldn't choose them over other gems in such a magnificent back catalogue.

Hello,

Fame would make the top 10, Let's Dance makes the top 30, Young Americans - much lower.

Really? I LOVE Young A. I think the lyrics are fantastic. Of all the songs that get regular mainstream airplay I'd put Changes at 1 and YA at 2.

I would put "Young Americans" before "Let's Dance" and after "Fame".

I'd put YA about par with Fame, and well above Let's Dance.

I can't begin to do a Bowie top five, but these are (somehow) my most played in iTunes:

Be My Wife
Station to Station
TVC15
Ashes to Ashes
Panic in Detroit

A realisation and admission: I can't stand the song 'Panic In Detroit.' Must be the most irritating track on a classic album.
