Wow, the Cocteau's went over like a fart in church. Might as well have been one of my guest top 5's.

Not that knowledgeable about them, but very pleasant listening whenever I come across them, all nice cadences and soft melodies. Only 2 songs I can recall off the top of my head are Wolf in the Breast and Bluebeard which are both simply gorgeous pop songs.

One thing about the Cocteau's, for me, is that I know very few of their songs by song title. Unlike almost any other act I dig, I (subconsciously?) don't match up their whacky song titles with Liz's equally whacky lyrics (or words or just vocal sounds, which I mostly can't make heads or tails of anyway).Kory wrote: ↑20 Apr 2018, 2:16pmToo many to choose from, it's too difficult.muppet hi fi wrote: ↑20 Apr 2018, 12:29amWow, the Cocteau's went over like a fart in church.
