Cheers mate. Yeah, was expecting it really. Alarming upsurge in cases recently. Will just have to hit the pub earlier.Marky Dread wrote: ↑17 Sep 2020, 6:15pmNot with the new restrictions in your neck of the woods from midnight. Take it easy out there.

Stay safe man. I haven't been out for an evening other than a friend's place since March.Heston wrote: ↑17 Sep 2020, 6:25pmCheers mate. Yeah, was expecting it really. Again Tom, good topic. I truly enjoy this place for everything. Have gotten turned on to so much great music by all the regulars and a few irregulars too.

Cheers mate. I've been out quite a few times and played a few gigs since the original lockdown was eased but it hasn't been the same. Gig-wise, audiences have to remain seated and it's like playing to cardboard cut outs. Very strange, almost surreal. But I'm going out tomorrow to see a band, they are starting early to beat the 10pm curfew. It's outside and the forecast is great so bring it on.

I had to google dental dam earlier, I thought it was an American name for a teeth brace. Never knew such things existed.

the bars here have rolled back their hours too. I dont think there's been any live music to speak of though since March.Heston wrote: ↑17 Sep 2020, 6:38pmCheers mate. Not many "proper" gigs here really, the big venues are all still closed. The pubs and clubs have been working around it by having socially distanced tables but it's not the same with the "Footloose" type ban on dancing.revbob wrote: ↑17 Sep 2020, 6:41pmthe bars here have rolled back their hours too. At least you won't get a mouthful of pubes the next time you visit the dentist Mr. Bush.

Yep, but if there's more than one new person in a room, it's good to be safe.Heston wrote: ↑18 Sep 2020, 3:39amSound like a passion killer to me.
