Okay I think I have a pick for tomorrow, one I can't believe we haven't done and one that most people will like.
Sting songs?
Only solo Sting songs, however!
Fields of Gold 5 times, done.
You're really hammering Smooth FM lately, aren't you?
There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

Annoying song and has the worst middle eight by anyone, ever.

I would pay to hear you do a straight up cover of that.

Sting was brought up less than a mile from me, I'm currently pondering whether I could throw a brick that far. His nephew actually once took issue with me on a football message board when I called his uncle a twat. So no, I don't think I'll be covering that one any time soon.

Actually, I'm not meant to say anything as I'm sworn to silence but I can probably say it here. My band is playing an all day charity event on 27th July and Sting is meant to be guest of honour as he is a patron of the charity. As much as I despise his post-Police stuff it would be crazy/surreal to meet him. I'll pass on any insults if it happens.

Ask him if his views on the Russians and their children have changed under Putin.

Please tell him I was the only person on earth to enjoy his John Dowland tribute album.

Doc is being very facetious as he knows I hate any and all Sting.
