I personally can't stand The Living Years. It's so cliched and cloying. That line "when my father passed away" is just so literal and unpoetic. I can see why it resonated with people but it is so artless to me.
Shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted always seemed like a waste of time to me.

Yeah lovely, chilled out song off an album that proved very difficult to get into but really enjoy it now.
