The Clash - Police on My Back
Blondie - Atomic
April March - Le Temps De Lamour
Crushed Out - Black Dress Blues
Imelda May - Feel Me
The Shirelles - Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow
I enjoyed this one.
She put out an EPish album a year or so ago. Its pretty good. She's married to JD Wilkes of the Legendary Shack Shakers and they worked together in the Dirt Daubers.

Did you like any of the others (obvious ones aside).
I had "Groove's Too Shallow" on in the van going to a gig tonight and the consensus was who the fuck is this, this is fucking great.

Is it someone you know or a local band to you? They seem under the radar.

Nobody I know. I just am a fan of her husband's band and the work they've done together. I love her voice so when I saw she did that album I got it.

And she just did a show in Cambridge, Massachusetts . Damnit Beaneater you should have gone.

Yeah I put it on the playlist when I found out it sampled Are Friends Electric, can't say it's the best thing I've ever heard but it's a bit of a laugh.

It's ok the best bit about is that sample. But what I enjoy most (trivia wise) is it means that piece of music got to number 1 twice.

Hello,

One More Time is a great anger song. Great album (best debut ever?) - eccentric guy.
