The Protopunk Thread

This list is heaven.

Any other bands/artists that can be classified as protopunk that the list forgot? I can think of a lot more...
Maybe a bit of a stretch but here it is:
Alice Cooper (You know how everyone says he was [his early stuff])
Be Bop Deluxe
The Birds (Along with The Troggs, they helped The Stooges and Iggy get the idea and courage to go for that strange, fucked up sound and attitude)
Blue Cheer (Though it does mention them a little, just not list them. And plus they're more proto-heavy metal/proto-hard rock)
Captain Beefheart (What the fuck? Way to not mention one of the most important artists that helped shape punk)
Can (Yeah, a little bit of a stretch and is more Krautrock/progressive rock-protopunk, proto-postpunk, proto-Alternative Rock and proto-indie rock, but hey the list labels Big Star - more power pop and proto-Alternative Rock, see The Replacements) - and fucking Futurism as protopunk)
Cherry Vanilla
Chrome
Count Five (I know you can pretty much say the whole "Nuggets" series, but they stand out a lot)
Cramps (though it does mention Lux)
The Crazy World of Arthur Brown
David Bowie (how they mention Lou Reed [as protopunk] but not Bowie confuses me, you know they fuckin' wanted to say Bowie too...)
Deviants
Devo (I guess. You know how everyone says there early stuff kind of is...)
Doctors of Madness
DMZ
Electric Prunes
Garland Jeffreys (kind of, more Stonesy raw, rebellious rock. See "Wild in the Streets", later covered by the Circle Jerks)
Hammersmith Gorillas (I love how it mentions Third World War but not these British protopunk rockers)
Hawkwind
Hollywood Brats
Hubble Bubble
The Human Beinz
Janie Jones
Kinks (odd how the list skipped over this one...)
Little Diesel
London SS
Love
Neon Boys
Neu! (See Can. Again more proto-post punk, but you see where I'm coming from)
Pagans
Pink Fairies
The Pretty Things
The Red Krayola
Richard Hell (Hello?!)
Screaming Lord Sutch
The Shaggs (Not the Shaggs Kurt Cobain liked, they're more proto-Alternative and Velvets-esque, this is a more garage/psych rock Shaggs, they're cover of "Farmer John" is fucking bone-chilling)
Silver Apples (more proto-alternative and experimental, but hey)
Soft Boys
Sparks
Suicide (in a sense)
Suzi Quatro
Swamp Rats (This one also confused me. Their covers of Sonics songs are like if Minor Threat covered Ramones; more awesome sounding)
Sweet
T-Rex (Confused me too...)
Television
Tomorrow
Wayne County and The Electric Chairs
