Well, the last song I heard today was Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. So that one.

Hopefully the superior reprise.

Never had a problem with it, the alternate version on Anthology is better.

This song pops into my head at least once every few weeks:

Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a bowl of soup
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead
Wiggle - you can raise the dead

(Apparently one of McCartney's favourites.)

When I see you I just don't know what to say
I'd like to be with you every hour of the day
So if you want me
Just like I want you
You know what to do
I watched you as you walked by
And you looked all alone
I hope that you don't mind
If I walked you back home

Just call on me if you're lonely
I'll keep my love for you only
I'll call on you if I'm lonely too

Understand I'll stay with you every day
Make you love me more in every way
So if you want me
Just like I want you
You know what to do
a lifetime serving one machine
Is ten times worse than prison

It's not one of my fave Beatle songs, but "Lovely Rita" has been in my head for a few days, since I heard it on the radio.

When I'm playing Pepper, I regularly skip over that, When I'm 64, and the beyond boring Harrison sitargasm.

The sitar one on Revolver is way better.

I am not lying or exaggerrating: that song almost ruins the entire album for me. It definitely keeps it from even entering my Top 100 albums of all time list, much less being the #1. Any album with a song that bad in it cannot be called perfect.

I used to use my sitar for Velvet Underground shit.
