How dare you. Bjorn and Frida only shop at Ikea.
Years ago, we knew a student from Sweden. She referred to Ikea as "the welfare system," meaning North Americans were funding Sweden's safety net.
Particle board safety net!
Ikea is just a front for the Allen wrench industry.
They would flatly deny that!
They're clearly not being straight with us.

Not knowing the title of the song from Smokey and the Bandit, I'd always misheard the first line as, "He's bound to die..."

Aimee Mann would be one of my top 5 artists/groups.

Lost in Space in my favourite Aimee Mann album

High on Sunday 51 is one of my favourite songs on Lost in Space

Yesterday I found out that she is singing:
Do I fall through what I might have been?

and not
To rifle through what I might have been

I've listened to this song hundreds of times over 19 years.

<mind blown>
Putting a little stick about. Putting the frighteners on flash little twerps

Yep - I wonder how many other lyrics I'm certain I know but am wrong about. My proud record of catching them before 20 years is still intact for now.

I thought the Moody Blues "Ride My See-Saw" was Ride, Icy Soul.

This is the only thing the Moody Blues mean to me

Still my all time fave has to be "Michael's mad at me".

Sister Sledge - He's the Greatest Dancer

I just found out that the main part goes:
Oh what, wow, he's the greatest dancer

And not:
I wonder why he's the greatest dancer

I always thought it was a silly question... you clearly have to spend hours practicing to get to the position of 'greatest dancer' but now it makes more sense.
