I'm the marketing manager for the Milwaukee/Chicago division of a large foodservice company. We have a big food show every year where restaurants come in and check out the latest products and trends. We usually will feature local craft breweries and distilleries. We just took on one who distills vodka in Rockford and I signed them up to be in our show and then found out that Rick Nielsen is one of their partners and that he'll be there to help promote the product. I'm now wondering if bringing along my copy of "In Color" to get an autograph would be okay...
