Oh god, the latest hubbub is about Bruce releasing a soul covers album. A shockingly high number (maybe half) are actually excited about the prospect.

He's getting *this close* to doing a record with Grimes.

Grimes? That'd be great. I really liked the song he did with Bleachers a year ago. Just hearing Bruce with a really good producer doing something different was so refreshing.

Eh it’s not the best song on the album. I prefer “Stop Making This Hurt” and “How Dare You Want More.” I do like the song, particularly the outro and it was exciting for me to hear new Springsteen music that didn’t sound like the tired Brendan O’Brien productions he has employed the last 20 years or so.

COVID finally had him stepping out of this comfort zone eventhough he and the other “guest stars” (Jenny Lewis) are basically inaudible and lead singer Justin Vernon is unrecognizable.

You can have $200 tickets if you want to sit in the far corner of the arena, miles from the stage...

Maybe I got a post-COVID discount, but I paid far less to see the Stones in late 2021. Less than $100 per ticket and they were decent tickets.

Yeah, I agree completely, I'm always shocked how much tickets go for nowadays, they're really pricing their core fans out of the shows.
