So it looks like PiL will be getting some more of my money afterall. Some genuine rarities on this box and surprises. Even a track from Commercial Zone. Disc 4 is where it's at.
My eyes popped a bit at the mention of Renovations with the Kashmir cover.
Yeah that's great to have a studio version, but a renovation?
I'm interested in the version of "Annalisa" and to see if "Vampire" is the same track that's been doing the rounds for years. At least some effort has been made to dig out some unheard rarities. I still wonder about those Warner remakes and if they are completely lost or may show up on another anniversary release of "First Edition".

No fuchsias for you.

Yeah, is it a case of just not caring what fans want—is anyone really clamoring for a TWIN outtake?—or is there actually nothing left from the first incarnation of the group? I don't doubt that a survey of PiL fans' wants would reveal the Warner remakes at the top of the list.

Attn: Marky. The current issue of Uncut is taking a break from fellating Jann Wenner's favourite singers this month to do a cover story on early PiL.

Read it as a kid. My Dad used to read The Dandy which I think The Beano came from (I may be wrong on that). As I matured around 10 I moved on to Whizzer and Chips then Roy of the Rovers
Just checked I am wrong The Besno has been going longer.

Loved them all as a kid and still do as an older kid. I detest the word "adult" it is something I try really hard not to become.

Pretty sure I'll be buying this set for the DVD alone.
I have most of it already but hopefully this will be of a much higher quality.
Surely people are clamoring for a crystal-clear copy of the Rockpalast show!
