To clarify, I didn't want death, just retirement.
So what's your concert schedule looking like?

Point taken, Murph. And actually I've always wanted to get into the Fall - Mark was more clever and hilarious to me than "scary", but he definitely had an engaging vibe. Sorry for being jerky, but Rev was being jerky, so blah blah blah...Silent Majority wrote: ↑25 Jan 2018, 7:54pmHey now. You're not a fan of people giving bands you love shit. That horrible bastard opened up new worlds for me. Let's give it a little space more than "literally less than 24 hours after the news broke" before we start this stuff. I'm still getting used to this idea. When Keith Richards goes, I'll look at his great playing and positive impact until the wound starts to heal and we can intellectualise the negatives.muppet hi fi wrote: ↑25 Jan 2018, 7:40pmAt least Mark E. This is correct. Thanks Flex. And I do apologize for being jerky. (and I do in fact like me some Fall, albeit in small doses).

I just read, in the last couple hours, someone (can't find it) saying they want Phil Collins and Sting to die in a head on car crash. Can't be arsed to look for it.

Re: So what's your concert schedule looking like?
Went to see Paul Weller last night in Sydney Opera House. Small venue 2,000 seats, great sound.
I was a bit concerned before show due to the amount of negative stuff I have heard said about his shows lately.
Happy to report he was brilliant.
On stage 2 hours 20 mins, great set list with tracks from his solo albums, The Jam and a couple of Style Council.
Have way through he did an accustic set with classic versions of English Rose, That’s Entertainment, Dreaming Of Monday.
Real highlights included the best versions of My Ever Changing Mood and Man In The Corner Shop I have heard as well Start, Peacock Suit, Changing Msn, Shout To The Top, Eton Rifles and a classic Town Called Malice to close.

I really wanted to see TMBG in Seattle but it sold out in like 2 seconds.
