That original thread was stupid and shitty and I wrote it while I was drinking and I don't feel like looking at it again.

So what are you seeing? Me, I have tickets to see the motherfucking Stooges.

I have tickets to see Wilco this Friday. The new album is rad.

Gonna try and see Sonic Youth and The Pogues when they swing this way, as well as at least one night of Slim Cessna's Auto Club.

Still debating on the Warped Tour. I felt too old to be there when I last went (4 years ago? 5? Something like that), but it's hard to pass up seeing NOFX and Bad Religion on one ticket.

I'll probably try to catch at least one music fest this summer.

Is there a better band name than Cock Sparrer?

Answer: Not unless there's a band called Robot Cock Sparrer.

Sonics in August. Wife bought us Pretenders tix for whenever that is. if they only played songs off the first 2 records and EP, I'll be happy. Nothing else on the sched, except for when random Throw Rag shows pop up.

This is awful, but the only show I have on the horizon is Elton John & Billy Joel.

I don't see a lot of shows these days...

I am going to try and see Gogol Bordello in July. That's about it.

I'm glad you knew exactly why I was going.

Ooh, X sounds like a lot of fun.

Just the Reverend Horton Heat at the end of August for me, if only for the sake of being drunk at a concert. I also plan on making friends with any of the overweight rockabilly girls who might be attending so I can be the skinny friend. :D

So far this year, it's been AC/DC and acoustic Spinal Tap.

Hoping to see Bad Religion and NOFX, but to echo Flex's point, 1) I'm ten years too old to be at Warped Tour, and 2) If I'm going to see BR and NOFX, I want to see them for more than 20 minutes each.

They're playing at the Mile High Festival this year. There are one or two other enticing acts, but that's a lot of hippie bullshit to deal with just to see a small handful of bands.

Yeah -- it's not worth the stench of patchouli and dirty white-boy dreadlocks to see them in a festival-size venue. They are playing a small theater here, so I imagine they will eventually do the same in Denver.
