I never actually get nervous before gigs. I sometimes get a bit anxious about equipment failure but once I know everything is working I am fine.

Maybe it's different in the UK, but outside of some scattered (good singles) from his other mid-70s efforts, you don't really hear anything from Elton outside of those early classic records here. He actually did a great album with Leon Russell in 2010, tho.

I think his greatest song is Philadelphia Freedom, I love the shit outta that record.
