The entry on Slacker is actually sorta moving. Good calls on the others, too.
I want to like Slacker—bits and pieces are good—but it never escapes being an artist's conception of alienation than something actually recognizable.
I finally watched it a few years ago and can't remember a single thing about it. I probably should have paid better attention, but I couldn't get into it.

I lost interest in video games for the most part after this game, so I don't have a good basis of comparison beyond Halo and Call of Duty, but that's an interesting article. Haven't played that game in years, but last time I did, it was still fun as hell.
