Re: Hey Flex (Late 90's One Hit Wonder Edition)
I don't really know either band so I'll have to take a pass on this one (or get home and stream their tunes and see if I recall), but I just want to say that I have an original Green Jello album. Stupidly fun times.

3rd Bass or Urban Dance Squad?
The Verve or The Verve Pipe?

Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

I just wanted to say that I think EMF are actually kind of good.
Plus...this thread is reminding me far too much of my childhood....
By the way, I choose Snap.
Now, Moist or The Chemical Brothers? ( )
(why those two bands popped into my head simultaneously I do not know.)

EMF may have been OK if the singer didn't sound like his balls had been eaten by wolves.Suzanne H. wrote:I just wanted to say that I think EMF are actually kind of good.

Oh, the Chemical Brothers.
There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

(It's a minor badge of honour that I lack the knowledge to really participate in this thread. I'd say I haven't heard of about a third of the bands mentioned and don't really know any of the songs by a quarter of those I have heard of.)
