Gogol Bordello is, indeed, incredibly awesome.

At first I didn't see the bolding and had hoped by "band" you meant some wonderful amalgamation of William Shatner, Public Enemy, Gogol Bordello, Clash II, and "Metal Machine Music" Lou Reed.

The name of that band? Shifty.

The name of their album? Cubed.

My top 25 and it's lack of variance between bands surprised and disappointed me. In my defense the number one song only has 38 plays. So I guess I just don't play the same songs over a lot.

01. The Killers - Read My Mind
02. The Kinks - Pressure
03. The Killers - Bones
04. The Kinks - Give The People What They Want
05. The Kinks - Sleepwalker
06. The Killers - Sam's Town
07. The Killers - Bling (Confession Of A King)
08. The Killers - For Reasons Unknown
09. The Killers - All These Things That I've Done
10. The Killers - This River Is Wild
11. The Killers - Why Do I Keep Counting
12. The Killers - When You Were Young
13. The Kinks - Art Lover
14. The Kinks - A Little Bit Of Abuse
15. The Kinks - The Hard Way
16. The Kinks - Bernadette
17. Bruce Springsteen - Girls In Their Summer Clothes
18. The Killers - Soft Surrender
19. The Kinks - Property
20. The Kinks - Sold Me Out
21. Bruce Springsteen - Livin In The Future
22. Graham Parker - Hold Back The Night
23. The Kinks - Predictable
24. The Kinks - Better Things
25. Graham Parker - Pourin' It All Out

On my old iPod,it was basically Diamond Dogs in it's entirity plus a bunch of random songs because I usually listen on shuffle, but for like 3 weeks in 2006 I listened to that album nonstop.

JJ, side note, I just bought Live 75-85. Although I cried over their bastardization of the Roxy show, I dig the BITUSA stuff since I don't really have many boots from that era (doesn't interest me much). The I'm On Fire is superb.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

So I used to be able to do this with my old iPod, but I can't now.

I tried it on iTunes proper (which I share with my girlfriend). Now I hardly EVER use iTunes at home...and I'm a little disturbed at what her playing combined with mine has created...

Mr. Brownstone 3:49 Guns N' Roses
Mama Told Me Not To Come 3:21 Three Dog Night
Eli's Coming 2:49 Three Dog Night
Tango Till They're Sore 2:52 Tom Waits
Apple Blossom 2:13 The White Stripes
Spanish Bombs 3:19 The Clash
Bike Ride To The Moon 2:23 The Dukes Of Stratosphear
Damnation's Cellar 3:26 Elvis Costello; Brodsky Quartet
I Like Whiskey 2:22 Hillbilly Hellcats
Roses In The Hospital 5:03 Manic Street Preachers
I Wanna Be Sedated 2:30 The Ramones
Hot Cha 1:35 They Might Be Giants
Veronica 3:09 Elvis Costello
Motorcycle Emptiness 5:07 Manic Street Preachers
Everyone's A Little Bit Racist 5:28 Original Broadway Cast Avenue Q
Birdhouse In Your Soul 3:21 They Might Be Giants

Some good live versions on that set but the drum sound really annoys me. It's like they mixed every single song as if it were Born In The USA.

I thought that KT Tunstall "Woo Hoo" song would be good stripper music, but the strippers thought otherwise. Luckily we were able to find some hip hop on our broke ass radios.
