I'll start with these two...

Forces have been looting
My humanity
Curfews have been curbing
The end of liberty

Here's some I like...

I Fought the Law - The Clash
Get Off My Cloud - Stones
She Loves You - The Beatles
Hey Girl - Small Faces
Making Plans For Nigel - XTC
There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

Could easily have had Do You Love Me by KISS in there, I pondered it.

Maybe not what you're going for, but for setting a mood, the eerie and minimal percussion at the start of "Bela Lugosi's Dead" works for me.

Not exactly however it's a fantastic mood building start to a track so it's in.

Great track.
I've got an irrational pet peeve about YouTubers who put incorrect lineup photos on songs they upload. Yo!...half those dudes were dead by the time this song was written!

Not sure if the topic is drum solo intros or drums that are part of the intro. I've always liked the drumming at the start of XTC's Funk Pop a Roll.
