You'd so fine here too...except for the snow, the sub zero (F) temps and the hippies.
Northern winters are great for introverts. Nature assures you that it's sensible to stay in.
I do enjoy having 4 distinct seasons, but winter is my least favorite. It's more than just not liking the cold and snow - I hate that it gets dark by 5. I hate that my car is always caked in dirty slush. I don't like having to suit my kids up in hats, gloves, snow pants, boots, and so on every morning before school. It's a lot of little things for me.
On the whole, I prefer winter to summer. Breathing cold air is exhilarating, getting your heart working to counter the chill. Hot weather, on the other hand, just saps me. When it's super hot, there's only so many clothes you can shed and sleeping can be a bastard. In the winter, just bundle up, have a hot bath, or get under the covers. Then again, talk to me when we have the first major snowfall and I'll be talking differently.
There is nothing quite like getting up at 5 in the morning to clear the driveway. Ugh... :meh:

It was mid-50's and rain on Tuesday - now it is 80 and humid and tomorrow it is back to being in the high-50's/low-60's again.
It's going to be in the 80s or 90s and sunny for like the next two weeks. My least favorite weather. I hate the sun.
Speaking as someone in the hellish humidity of the south, I agree. Give me the cold seasons.

Hope one day to live out west in the desert where the summer is good.
I hope to one day live in Seattle or London where it is overcast a lot.
You'd so fine here too...except for the snow, the sub zero (F) temps and the hippies.
Yeah - I could do without the sub zero, snow and especially hippies. My sweet spot is 60 degrees and overcast.

Was this for kids? I can see boobies not being drawn if it was.

It's an Elvira fan club—they know what they'd better be getting.

The surf component isn't as out there as I think it should be, but I did like it.
