Hello,

FYI. I have not seen this but read about the incidents in Noel Monk's book.

Has anyone seen it?

Saw it back in the 80s, when any kind of punk footage was hard to come by, and was wowed. Bought a dvd several years later and, meh, it was okay. It seems to be on youtube in sections.

I have a Pistols bootleg VHS that is made out of the American tour footage, but doesn't include any of the other stuff from the full film. Blew my mind as a kid.

I got the new Blu-ray+ DVD, and watched the DVD last night. It’s not exactly the same as the original release. Unfortunately, the 2 Iggy Pop tunes (“Nightclubbing” and “Lust For Life”) are different versions on this new release. Not as good, especially “Nightclubbing.” Augustus Pablo’s “A. P. Special” during the end credits on the original has been replaced w/ another instrumental. Because of the song changes, the credits were re-done/edited. The good thing is that this release is the longer version that was released on VHS and DVD in Japan. The US VHS is the shorter version.
