Bands/artists you've never tired of

So who have you never grown tired of, even for brief intervals, since you first discovered them - through all life's ups and downs, whims and whams, slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, etc.?

Only three I can think of for me: The Clash, the Screaming Blue Messiahs (both whom I followed since their debuts were released) and Otis Redding (who I loved since I was a wee nipper, thanks to seven siblings vast LP collections, but didn't really get totally geeked on til the mid-'90s).

So who for youse all have been consistently 'music for all seasons'?

Oh I got a little burnt out on her in the late '80s - too grind-core and death metal for what I was feeling then for a while.

Now Barbra Streisand - I can listen to her rain or shine, year in year out! ;)

Also, there's actually this little band called The Clash that even the internet hasn't been able to completely ruin for me, so I reckon they'll be with me for the rest of my days.

Yeah her and her sister.
Gotta admit, Babs and her sister's latest, 'For Lovers Only: A Tribute to Lou Reed's Metal Machine Music', is a pretty cool comeback album.

Yep, they've got something for every mood and life experience. Even some Barbra Streisand ('Spirit of St. Louis') and Barbara Streisland ("Mensforth Hill").
