I keep looking to buy a turntable however I think that everything I have on vinyl I now have on CD except maybe a Secret Affair album or a couple of b sides that are probably scratched to bits anyway.

Buy a turntable and scratch the rest. ;)

Just don't scratch this or you'll be walking with Mr. Wheeze.

Should get one to show your kids how much effort went into hearing music in your youth, get on the bus to woolworths, buy your single for 49p, bus home, place record on player, select speed, lift arm and put it on record and enjoy..... My kids had a laugh when they were young playing with my old (carefully selected for them) singles and an old boxed dancette player I bought at a car-boot...

I have all the Madness 12" singles but I think they have nearly all been added to the de lux reissues.

Yep you are correct. The 7'' remix was only available on the box set The Business previously the 12'' is on the reissues.
