Re: The Future of the Democratic Party
One big difference seems to me is sanders is a lot harder to smear than corbyn, if it takes something more than just being labelled the big bad socislist. Is there long-standing mud that freedland like opponents can fling at him? Have yet to see anything substantial anyway so figures they are going...

Re: The Future of the Democratic Party
What do people think of these polls I saw today.. I find them hard to believe from across the pond. Is Bernie really likely to win the democratic nomination? Poll (2/13-16): Sanders 31% Bloomberg 19% Biden 15% Warren 12% Klobuchar 9% Buttigieg 8% Steyer 2% Gabbard 0% National USA TODAY/Ipsos Poll: ...
If you are ever in London it's always worth paying Vinyl Boutique in Camden a visit. I have seen Japanese Clash imports in there amongst others. https://vinylboutique.co.uk/about-us/
Boz Boorer's shop!
Yes indeed. I understand that it's partly because of his travels that y...

Re: The Collectors Thread
Sorry for the late response on this. firstly that is a fantastic collection! A lot of hours & a few Kiwi dollars invested in that I bet. I have been collecting Clash & Stranglers vinyl & CDS. Particularly Japanese ones. I have also been collecting a few comics but more tpb as they are by far the ch...

Re: The Collectors Thread
The rarest Clash record I own is below. Only difference
is mine has a black and white cover Bought it at a record fayre around 1981/82. As it's an early bootleg copy it's quite collectable now I believe.

Re: Black Market Clash EP sleeve
I always used to believe that the rasta featured in the photo on the Black Market Clash EP sleeve was Don Letts. However I was told by a knowledgeable source that it isn't. Anyone got any insight / thoughts on this? Don says it's him. Watch this vid. Case closed. https://youtu.be/pO7FcuKWUr8?t=845 ...

Re: Black Market Clash EP sleeve
I don't agree I think it is Don. Don has long since said that he wasn't walking towards the police line as the sleeve makes it seem. But walking away to get far away from the heavy situation. Yeah, the photo looks pretty obviously faked—the main figure superimposed on the photo—and it seems entirel...

Re: Black Market Clash EP sleeve
Yep that was always my understanding it’s not Don Letts.

My source told me that it's well known not to be Don on 'The Grove' but that it's a myth that he's more than happy to perpetuate.

Re: The Clash Studio Logs/Sessionography
Hi Long time Clash fan here finally decided to take the plunge and join after viewing the board for years. A little bit of information about Broadway. According to a note written by Paul Simonon in the London Calling scrapbook Broadway was recorded along with Bankrobber, Shepherds Delight and Rocke...
