Re: RAT PATROL FROM FORT BRAG (sic)
Something small to note, because I saw it pointed out as bring Fort Brag with one G. That is the real title, there’s an interview from Mick and Joe after the Hong Kong show where they talk about the album, and Mick specifically mentions the word “Brag” has one G.

Re: Unseen Clash Footage From Don Letts
Fantastic seeing all the new footage, the shots at the end of the June 13th stage invasion were amazing! I was also impressed at just how well filmed the shows were, seems like there's a ton of side stage shots as well as front of house. Based on the footage, the main Bonds shots were from the last ...

Also new to Dime is a new recording from the band's support show for the Who at the Silverdome in Detroit. Couple different tunes we didn't really hear during the support shows, Police and Thieves, Know Your Rights, and Straight to Hell http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=690245 Taken ...

Re: The Clash observations thread.
Was rewatching the Know Your Rights mixing video and was thinking about just how many takes this song went through. Of what we know of, there's the video, an alt version that Marky had put on his Rat Patrol mix, the version on Rat Patrol, then of course the Combat Rock final version. The common thin...

Re: Lewisham soundboard
Something else that might be worth looking into is something mentioned on BMC. There’s an email that was put up about a guy finding a single camera shot full Bonds show, specifically June 3rd. It was confirmed that as Joe runs a poll about if anyone bought an Aerosmith record. He says that he found...

Re: Lewisham soundboard
I just PM'd the guy as a last ditch effort (without being too push) to see if he'd be willing to share in some form. Also worth noting that they have night one of Shea on soundboard too. Far less compelling, but add it to the list of shows in the Sony archive. I'm hoping it works out! I would absol...

Re: Marky Dread Remasters
I was wondering Marky, would you be able to make the full audience recording available? I'd completely understand if you wouldn't want to or couldn't but it'd be nice to have at least for completion sake. I'll upload it later. But I won't remaster it as it seems pointless now we've got this. OK her...

Re: Marky Dread Remasters
Listened through the new songs first from the audience recording, it sounds great! Thanks so much Marky for finding this and remastering it! Can't wait to dive into the whole show. I know this one gets beat on a bunch for not exactly being the greatest show (mainly from Joe's illness, whatever it wa...

New BAD II recording from Australia on Youtube. Posted from the BAD Facebook group, the guy said he just recently found the tape he recorded, and in the comments mentions he has another one to post from the same tour.

That was great. Always love to see other musicians/bands showing their love for the ones that influenced them. Always great to hear some stories about Joe as well

Re: A Song For Joe
Great to see Joe Ely. when I saw he was in the list of performers I knew whatever he did would be great. I know Joe Ely has mentioned before his biggest regret is that he never got to record a song with Joe.

Re: A Song For Joe
Pics and audio dont seem to be synched which is slightly annoying, but enjoyable start nonetheless. Interrupters were great. Doesn’t seem to bad for me. The quality is very good, I hope this gets an official release. I just reloaded and instantly fixed. Perfect now! Wasnt sure about that Hinds Span...

Re: The Clash observations thread.
The Boston show during the Take the Fifth tour is great. Especially Jimmy Jazz at the end, Mick's guitar sounds really nice with a little layer of reverb on it (as well as the phase effect), and Mickey's organ blends really nicely with it. Especially on the beginning and end of the song.
